Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aviator Made.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We take great care to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please complete our Damaged Item Form or contact us immediately. Our customer support team is always here to help.

  • Condition & Packaging: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Failure to properly repackage may result in a deduction from your refund.
  • Missing Packaging: A £90 handling fee per item will apply if original packaging is not available.
  • International Orders: Returns are not accepted for international shipments.
  • Free Gifts: Any promotional gifts must be returned in new condition, otherwise their value will be deducted.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims must include clear photographic evidence.
  • Do not return items before contacting us.
  • We may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or reimbursement depending on the situation.
  • For EU orders, we do not collect returns — compensation or parts replacement will be provided instead.

Unwanted Items

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customised and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • Clearance and Ready-to-go items are non-refundable.

Return Collection Fees

If you would like us to arrange collection, the following fees apply:

  • £0 – £49.99 → £5
  • £50 – £199.99 → £15
  • £200 – £499 → £49
  • £500 – £798.99 → £79
  • £799 – £1599 → £129
  • £1599+ → £169
  • Returns are not accepted for Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or EU orders.
  • Colour variations due to screens are considered normal and treated as unwanted returns.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Policy

For made-to-order or out-of-stock items, a 30% deposit is required to secure your order.

  • The remaining 70% balance must be paid before dispatch.
  • Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
  • If a product is discontinued before production, a full deposit refund will be issued.

Returns Process

  • Request return authorisation from our team
  • Repackage the item securely in original packaging
  • Send the item back to our warehouse
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receipt

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations after confirmation incur a 10% fee
  • Custom orders: 10% fee (within 7 days), 20% fee (after 7 days)
  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days before delivery
  • Additional fees (e.g. payment processing) may be deducted where applicable

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Please allow 7–14 working days for funds to appear
  • Collection and packaging fees may be deducted

Additional Notes

  • Clearance items are non-returnable
  • Rejected deliveries will incur a return/collection fee
  • Made-to-order items cannot be modified once production begins
