1. Delivery Areas

Aviator Furniture currently delivers across most areas within the United Kingdom.

For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping availability, delivery options, and estimated transit times.

Certain remote locations, offshore areas, or restricted delivery zones may require additional shipping charges or extended lead times.


2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after payment confirmation has been received.

For in-stock items, dispatch usually takes place within a few working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Made-to-order, bespoke, customised, or pre-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.

Customers will receive updates where applicable regarding production progress, dispatch scheduling, or delivery arrangements.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a general guide only.

For in-stock products:

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–7 working days

For made-to-order, bespoke, or pre-order products:

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: approximately 6–10 weeks

Lead times may vary depending on supplier schedules, manufacturing timelines, shipping conditions, customs processing, warehouse operations, courier availability, or seasonal demand.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.


4. Delivery Process

Deliveries are typically arranged through third-party courier, freight, or specialist furniture delivery providers.

Standard delivery generally includes delivery to the ground floor entrance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For larger furniture items, customers may need to arrange assistance for bringing items inside the property.

Some deliveries may require a scheduled appointment, and couriers may contact customers in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date or time slot.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery, including sufficient door width, stair access, lift access, parking availability, and safe unloading conditions.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or unavailable recipients, additional delivery charges may apply.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product dimensions, order value, and delivery requirements.

Some products or promotional offers may qualify for free delivery within selected areas.

If goods arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aviatorfurniture.com.

Visible damage or missing items should ideally be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve issues efficiently, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Order details
  • A description of the issue

Where an issue is confirmed, we may offer replacement parts, repair, collection, replacement products, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.


9. International Deliveries

For international orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, import duties, customs charges, VAT, local taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International transit times may vary significantly depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.


10. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided in the order.

Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment has been received.
