Aviator Furniture is a furniture and home interiors brand offering furniture and related home products to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

2. Orders and Acceptance

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All orders are subject to availability, payment verification, and acceptance by us.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, or other reasonable reason.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, colours, and specifications are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, natural materials, manufacturing processes, or handmade finishes.

Product measurements are provided as accurately as possible, but small tolerances may apply.

Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions, access requirements, and suitability before placing an order.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown on our website in the applicable currency and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment must be completed at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and product availability at any time.


5. Cancellation Rights

For eligible online orders, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from the day after receiving the goods, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing by email at info@aviatorfurniture.com.

After notifying us of cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We will process eligible refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


6. Made-to-Order, Bespoke and Customised Products

Certain products sold by Aviator Furniture may be made-to-order, bespoke, customised, specially ordered, or produced according to customer requirements.

Made-to-order, bespoke, and customised products are excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation right unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Customers should carefully review product details, dimensions, colours, finishes, materials, and lead times before placing an order.

Where available, we recommend requesting additional information or samples before ordering made-to-order items.


7. Pre-Orders and Deposits

For certain products, a deposit may be required to secure a pre-order or made-to-order item.

Deposits may be non-refundable where the item has been specially ordered, reserved, or produced for the customer, unless the product is faulty, not as described, or we are unable to supply the item.

If the balance payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe after stock arrival or production completion, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


8. Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, manufacturing schedules, courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Standard delivery is usually made to the ground floor entrance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is suitable access for delivery, including doorways, staircases, lifts, parking, and safe unloading space.

For large or heavy furniture items, assistance may be required at the delivery location unless a specialist delivery service has been arranged.

If delivery fails because of incorrect address details, restricted access, missed appointments, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

For international orders, import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


9. Delivery Inspection and Damaged Items

Customers should inspect goods carefully upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aviatorfurniture.com with your order number, photographs of the packaging, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue.

Visible delivery damage should ideally be reported within 48 hours of receipt so that we can raise the matter with the courier or delivery partner promptly.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we may offer a repair, replacement, collection, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


10. Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Customers must contact us at info@aviatorfurniture.com before returning any item. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery services, upgraded delivery options, assembly services, or special delivery arrangements may not be refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked and insured return service, as customers remain responsible for returned goods until they are received by us.


11. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if it is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition due to customer handling.


12. Exchanges

We only replace items where they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at info@aviatorfurniture.com with your order number, photographs, and details of the issue.

Exchange availability depends on stock, product type, and delivery location.


13. Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, incorrect maintenance, commercial misuse, or damage caused by modifications.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, order details, or other supporting evidence when making a warranty claim.

Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement, replacement part, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the issue.


14. Care and Maintenance

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the product or displayed on our website.

Damage caused by improper cleaning, unsuitable products, excessive moisture, heat exposure, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by warranty.


15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aviator Furniture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.


16. Events Outside Our Control

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, industrial action, transport disruption, courier delays, customs delays, supplier delays, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or supply chain interruptions.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take appropriate action where misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.

By using our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that we may process your personal information for order fulfilment, customer service, delivery, payment processing, and legal compliance.
